Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

This policy explains what Datacore ("we") collects when you use this website, and why.

1. Information you give us

When you submit our contact form, we receive your name, email address, company (optional) and message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. The form is processed by Formspree on our behalf.

2. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which sections and projects get attention — but only if you accept cookies. Analytics is not loaded before you accept. We measure aggregated usage, anonymise IP addresses, and do not run cross-site tracking. You can change your choice anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

3. Cookies & local storage

The only value we store on your device is your cookie-consent choice, kept in your browser's local storage. We set no advertising or tracking cookies of our own.

4. Third-party services

This site relies on: Formspree (form processing), Google Analytics and Google Fonts (after consent where applicable), our static host (GitHub Pages or Netlify), and — if you book a call — Google Calendar. Once you follow a link to another service, their privacy policy applies.

5. Data retention

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting engagement.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you've shared with us by emailing hello@REPLACE_EMAIL_ADDRESS.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.

8. Contact
